Embroidery
The embroidery process involves digitising your design, this means taking your emblem/logo and laying stitches over the top, turning it into a language the embroidery machines understand, we use the latest Wilcom Embroidery Software to digitise all of our embroidery.
We are able to digitise most artwork formats and we have a fantastic range of coloured threads available for your designs.
Embroidery is highly recommended as it provides garments with an effective and professional long lasting finish. We can embroider a wide variety of garments from polo shirts, shirts and blouses, to caps, bags, fleeces and much more.
Every emblem/logo is presented as a sample for the customer to approve before we process the order ensuring we meet your exact requirements. For complex embroidery designs there may be a setup fee, contact us today for your free quote.

Printing
Our main method of printing onto garments is heat seal vinyl. This method involves cutting out your designs from a special vinyl material using our cutting machines. We can cut your design to it's exact shape, which is then applied via heat press, effectively ingraining it onto the garment. This type of printing is a solid colour, but more then one colour can be layered to create a logo and is available in a wide selection of colours.
This method is perfect for name and number application to club kits, brand designs, printing for stag and hen parties, holidays, family and company events. We mainly use this process for high visibility vests and clothing.
All our printing is made in house as we have our own heat seal logo production facility. Whether it is a simple single colour text logo or a multi-colour graphic logo we can work with you to meet your requirements. We are also able to produce full coloured transfers that are printed and heat pressed, this is good for logos which incorporate a large number of colours and intricate designs.
We provide heat seal samples before going ahead and offer a free setup charge to customers using this process providing the customer provides a high quality resolution image for the coloured transfers.
